All about Costa Rica

Indigenous statue. Costa Rica
Costa Rica invites everybody to experience nature in this beautiful Central American paradise with magnificent landscapes that offer a wide range of flora and fauna in a land of only 51,100 km2. Despite Costa Rica’s small geographical size, visitors leave the country with a feeling that there is so much more to experience and discover that they would probably want to come back. From deserted tropical beaches, fringed by palms and bathed by warm waters to cozy small towns that let the traveler experience real life in this little part of Latin America, Costa Rica has an endless possibilities of landscapes. Its particular topography allows visitors to experience both oceans (Antartic and Pacific) in one country. Costa Rica boasts a lot of rain forests, an endless array of beaches, magnificent scenery and friendly people.

During the last decades, Costa Rica has been able to achieve a relatively good standard of living. Despite the fact that the country was always regarded as an agricultural producer, other important industries such as electronics and software development are now growing.
