The Italian school in Rome is located at the heart of the Old City. It’s a traditional aristocratic building near the Spanish Steps and the magnificent Piazza Navona.
The school is situated in the center of the city, close to Castel S. Angelo and St. Peter Basilica and the incredible Piazza Navona. Around the school, a typical Roman atmosphere blends with atractive cafes, restaurants, boutiques and modern shops.
In addition, the Italian school displays magnificent decoration from aristocratic times and luxurious details. It counts with 13 brigth spacious classrooms, common room with vending machines, computer room with free Internet access, video room, conference room, lift, facilities for disabled and central heating.
When it comes to social activities, excursions are carried out after classes and are the perfect opportunity to practice Italian and socialize with locals and other students. Monthly excursions in Rome may include visits to the Sperlonga seaside during summer, to Naples and Pompei, to Cortona, Tivoli, Ostia Antica and Castelli Romani. During guided tours through the city and surroundings, students may visit monuments, riverboat on the Tiber, Botanic garden, trip to the seaside, among many others. Only entrance fees and transport costs are charged to the students.

This course will teach you not only to speak Italian proficiently, but also to get a deep insight into the local cuisine culture. You will learn how to prepare traditional dishes and their importance as part of the tradition of the country. Two Italian cuisine seccions per week included in the program.
