Sainte Anne is a traditional city with carnivals and festivals that take place all year around. Each event features a foreign taste of the local culture. St. Patron’s Day is a popularly celebrated festival and is held in Goyava. A few other festivals include Gwo-Ka, the Caribbean Firework Contest at Galbas Beach, and a Forum of Arts & Crafts.
