Miami, often referred to as the American Riviera, has not only been an attraction for tourists but also for fun-lovers from around the world. Miami is a wonderful city that can be visited any time thanks to its wonderful, always nice weather. Even in the coldest winter, Miami remains mild and people have the chance to sunbathe in its 15 mile beaches.

For this reason, Miami attracts visitors from all over the world. However, Miami is not only renowned for sunny weather, beautiful beaches and an active nightlife. The city also hosts the City Ballet, the New World Symphony, and the Jackie Gleason Theater. There are also several museums as the Bass Museum, the Sanford L. Ziff Jewish Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art and Miami Art Museum among others.

The Miami English School is conveniently located in the safe suburb of Coral Gables, across the street from the University of Miami campus, and within walking distance of the Miami Metro system, which links many parts of Miami’s metropolitan area.

To such a good location you have to add the benefits of the faciltiies of the school. For instance, it has a computer lab with technology for learning and communicating. The school uses interactive language software in many courses and has broadband Internet connection.

As regards entertainment, Miami has all the benefits of a bustling metropolitan area plus fantastic outdoor activities such as boating, biking, deep-sea fishing and snorkeling. In terms of Arts, Miami hosts the City Ballet, the New World Symphony, and the Jackie Gleason Theater. There are also several museums: Wolfsonian Foundation, the Sanford L. Ziff Jewish Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Miami Art Museum, and of course, the recently renovated Bass Museum. While some of our activities may be free other leisure activities may have a small cost.
