What was the best/worst part of your trip? Best: Intensity of grammar and listening classes - technical with lots of practice.
General Comments about our Organization? I was little hesitant to sign up because it was hard to find references to EasyGo Languages anywhere other than on your site. It would be reassuring to update your presence in language associations or make your business more visible somehow. Your representative was very patient with my questions about verifying your business.

Other comments about your progam: I had heard so much about street crime in Rio that I was concerned about studying there. Once I arrived I saw and experienced nothing of the such and would rate Rio and Copa as being far safer than most US cities. Further, I experienced such kindness from the locals that always felt safe and secure.
How would you Improve any Component of your Program? Address the local crime situation before arrival. The movie The City of God is neither a current picture nor is it of Rio.

Other comments about your progam: Two of the instructors was exceptional. Unfortunately, the morning instructor was replaced during the last week with someone absolutely incompetent (rude, patronizing, did 90% of the speaking, repeated all the previous week's lessons). As a result, I left the program early.
How would you Improve any Component of your Program? I'm not sure... the core problem with this program is that all the students converse with each other in English during the breaks, and instruction is a bit more formal (grammar drills, etc.) than conversational. So I would not call this an immersion program: I would have preferred a program where I could *only* speak French 24/7.
Was the program what you Expected? yes
What was the best/worst part of your trip? It was helpful to stay with someone to practice French and the hostess did take me to a wildlife refuge which was very, very nice. However, based on the information sent to me I expected her to greet me at the airport, and she did not (certainly didn't have a sign or any way to recognize her, anyway). I had to take a bus into town and call her, something I was very uncomfortable doing with very limited French. She also had indicated she had a non-smoking house when she actually chain-smoked indoors. Overall, I appreciate the experience and the proximity of the house to the school, but I was expecting a non-smoking "family". But I did hear other host families were similar.
General Comments about our Organization? It was a lot of fun overall, and I was very glad I did it.

What was the best/worst part of your trip?The best part was the cultural experience. Eating all the authentic foods, learning about life in another country, and relating to the natives there in Spanish was trhilling for me. There was no worst part of this trip. How would you Improve any Component of your Program? My host family information was not sent to me ontime. I was already in the country and had to call the school for the informaiton. Luckily someone was in the office on a Sunday and picked up my call.

How would you Improve any Component of your Program? I was not real happy with my accommodation but, in retrospect, it was a personal thing - the host and I just did not hit it off. It was perfectly adequate and convenient to the school.

What was the best/worst part of your trip?The classes were the best and the home stay the worst - see above.
General Comments about our Organization? No problems - worked well. By the way, your sign up process does not allow for a person to be 63 years old. I forget at what age it stopped, but I would think you would want to change that.
